One of the greatest challenges we face as leaders and teachers is in engaging learners in the bible – particularly in the space of a 15-20 minute “devotional spot”.

Our “storybites” series is designed to help you meet this challenge.

Each storybite session will provide your group with an opportunity to engage with a part of the bible from four different angles:

Step into the story
- as a ‘story-teller’ you will seek to engage the imaginations of your group through your ‘telling’ of the narrative provided.

Sit in the story
- as a ‘guide’ you will provide an opportunity for your group to ruminate on the story being told by facilitating an exercise of remembering, then asking questions for them to reflect more deeply.

Walk in the story
- as a ‘curator’, you will provide your students the opportunity to participate in the story at hand through a hands-on experience.

Speak out the story
- as a ‘shepherd’, you will provide your students with a simple opportunity for them to present their discoveries from the story.
