With our current social distancing restrictions, how are we going to gather around the Easter Story ?Many will stream in some really good teaching from their local churches, and get creative with their normal worship services – brilliant! But what if we thought differently about it?What would it look like for small groups to meet with God around tables or online in creative reflection together?Or what would it look like to see churches open the doors of their buildings, and be a meeting point for powerful engagement with God as small groups engage with God through the Easter Story? We have three resources that can help:
“A MIXED BUNCH” – a simple creative reflection considering four characters who are gathered around the cross – for families or churches.
“CRUSHED” – a deeper creative reflection through the Easter Story – this one requires a bit more prep, but will be a powerful session for families or churches.
“SOLITUDE” – this is where we can get really creative. ‘Solitude’ is a powerful walk-through for churches looking for a way to create space for people to experience the Easter story anew.
Jump on the links above and you’ll find a tutorial and sample for each of these resources so you can get an idea what they can look like.
The way we’re delivering our resources is through sending you a PDF with an exclusive license arrangement – which means once you’ve purchased the license, you can use it in your family or church or school community as many times as you like.
Income from the license fees will support AccessTheStory work in Australia, and also our outreach project in the Filipino city of Cebu.
